The administrator reserves the right to modify or update the content of the website, as well as these Terms and Conditions of use, at any time without prior notice.

 


 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

Accessing and using this website implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions presented.

By making a reservation through the website, by phone, or by e-mail, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

 


 

2. Website Content

 

All content on this website, including texts, images, graphic elements, logos, design, or other materials, is the property of Complex Mara S.A. and is protected under copyright law.

Copying, distributing, or using the content without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.

The website may be used exclusively for informational purposes and for making reservations.

 


 

3. Rates and Services

 

The rates displayed on the website are expressed in RON / room / night and include VAT.

The rates do not include:

  • minibar consumption
  • additional services requested during the stay
  • other optional services offered by the hotel

These will be charged separately at check-out.

Extra Bed

For certain room types, an extra bed may be added upon request and depending on availability.

The rate for an extra bed is:

75 RON / person / night

The request must be made at the time of booking.

 


 

4. Booking Policy

 

Reservations can be made through:

  • the online form on the website
  • e-mail
  • phone
  • online booking platforms

After the reservation is made, the customer will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail.

The hotel reserves the right to request:

  • advance payment
  • or a credit card guarantee

in order to secure the reservation.

 


 

5. Cancellation Policy

 

Individual Reservations

Reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge at least 24 hours before the check-in date.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the equivalent of the first night’s stay.

 


 

Group Reservations

 

For group reservations:

  • free cancellation at least 14 days before the arrival date
  • cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival may be charged 50% of the reservation value
  • cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may be charged 100% of the reserved services

 


 

6. No-Show Policy

 

If the guest does not arrive at the hotel on the reservation date and has not cancelled the booking according to the cancellation policy, the reservation will be considered a no-show.

In this case, the hotel reserves the right to charge the value of the first night of accommodation or the entire stay, depending on the booking conditions.

 


 

7. Check-in and Check-out

 

Check-in: starting from 14:00

Check-out: until 12:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be offered depending on availability and may involve additional costs.

At check-in, guests may be asked to present a valid identification document.

 


 

8. Pet Policy

 

To maintain the comfort of all guests and the standards of the accommodation facility, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if guests arrive with pets.

 


 

9. Accommodation Rules

 

For the comfort of all guests, please observe the following rules:

  • maintaining quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00
  • respecting common area rules
  • proper use of items in the room

The following are prohibited:

  • damaging hotel property
  • aggressive or inappropriate behavior
  • using unauthorized electrical appliances in rooms

If material damage occurs, the guest is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

The hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay of guests who do not comply with these rules.

 


 

10. Complaints

 

Any complaints regarding the services provided must be communicated during the stay, either verbally or in writing, so they can be reviewed and resolved.

The hotel will analyze and respond to complaints within 24 to 48 hours.

Complaints made after the guest has checked out cannot be considered.

 


 

11. Personal Data Protection

 

The personal data provided by users is processed in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection (GDPR).

The data is used exclusively for:

  • reservation management
  • communication with customers
  • issuing fiscal documents
  • compliance with legal obligations

The data will not be transmitted to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

 


 

12. Disputes

 

Any dispute arising between the customer and Complex Mara S.A. will first be resolved amicably.

If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
